Loving Those Over You

In reading I Thessalonians 5 verses 12 and 13, it became clear that I was to esteem "very highly in love" those who work with me and are "over me" - for their works sake. That hit me. I might respect, or pay respect to my 'bosses,' but did I esteem them, or even "highly love" them? It says I am to do this for their work's sake. I should appreciate their work and love them for what they do. There's a challenge. I should really check myself with this admonition.
